Who I am
Rick Drummond, owner and sole proprietor of R Drummond Consulting LLC. I have 32 years of industry experience with a balance of technical, change management, and sr. leadership positions. My core skillset is helping organizations increase productivity, solve tough problems, create capacity and enable people to continuously improve every day. I also have a strong passion for coaching and developing new or struggling leaders and helping shift organizational culture.

Your company culture and quantitative results are equally critical for long term success and survival... I will not sacrifice one for the other.
