Do You Have a New or Struggling Leader on Your Team?
When your managers, supervisors, and team leads struggle; productivity, innovation, employee retention and culture all suffer. Without help, the learning curve of leadership can be long and painful… to everyone.
Effective leadership is not easy and unfortunately not natural for many… it is riddled with dichotomies, complexities, and unique daily challenges. Books and classes aren’t the answer, struggling leaders need individualized 1-on-1 coaching to maximize their probability of success.
I can dramatically shorten the learning curve to effective leadership. I have a passion for helping struggling leaders and for improving organizational culture.
I don’t coach from theory, or from a canned formula. I coach from experience, human psychology, and a set of core principles. Those core leadership principles are:
Ever heard the phrase “people don’t quit jobs, they quit bosses”? Well, it’s true:

But isn’t coaching them supposed to be their boss’s job? Ideally it should be, but the reality is that most Managers/Directors/Executives simply do not have the capacity and/or skills to effectively help a new or struggling leader. There is also a valuable confidentiality advantage to using an outside coach… people can be vulnerable and honest about weaknesses and issues without fear of negatively impacting their reputation or status within the organization.
Make the investment needed to get that leader on your team performing like you need them to as quickly as possible... connect them with a good coach.
