As a leader, I held the position of Director of Operations for a total of 10 years at two different Aerospace & Defense Companies.  I have directly managed multi-plant Manufacturing Operations, Manufacturing Engineering teams, Continuous Improvement teams, Facilities/Maintenance teams, Inventory Control and Planning Functions.
